About the job

  • Be a dedicated contributor to the Digital team; enhance our customers’ online experience and to merge IKEA website global solutions, together with our business priorities, our deep understanding of people’s everyday lives at home and my knowledge of our market to achieve the optimum result
  • To measure the performance of web and digital initiatives by defining, developing and delivering analysis that enables strategic and tactical business decision-making

Job responsibilities

  • Use the website as an effective communication channel to promote IKEA home furnishing competence to the widest possible consumer market. Ensure a consistent and positive customer experience on the web.
  • Responsible for overseeing the media planning and other internet channels to enhance website performance
  • Work with internal departments and external agencies to optimize the online media mix to enhance web performance
  • Co-ordinate, optimize and develop the content of the website to meet the needs of our customers, and support the IKEA Concept and commercial communication strategy
  • Optimize the impact of the communication we have with consumers and our customers by understanding how they receive messages from the IKEA website
  • Work with Digital Marketing Manager, e-Commerce and other marketing colleagues search for areas of improvement to optimize the online media mix and through this the IKEA web performance in total

Job requirements

  • University student from discipline of Business, Digital Marketing, Communications or related fields is preferred
  • Minimum 5-year experience in digital media with broad knowledge of online communication and creative concept evaluation/judgment
  • Detail-oriented, with strong analytical and reporting abilities Demonstrated ability to effectively organize, priorities and manage a high-volume of assignments
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written as well as data visualization skills
  • Ability to create and express statistical and communication insights
  • Multitasking project management skills
