Marketing Leader - Loyalty Program (CRM)

Job responsibilities

  • Identify offers and inspiration which will attract new membership (Recruit) and encourage our existing core customers to shop in our stores more frequently (Retain and Develop)
  • Make selections from customer segments in the marketing database and external sources based on the customer contact strategy for campaigns
  • Report regularly to the Loyalty Program Manager about the effectiveness and ROI of the IKEA FAMILY media mix
  • Organize the marketing database in such a way that selections of customer segments can be easily made and follow-up to campaigns can take place effectively
  • Optimizing and monitoring the loyalty program to see if the stated KPIs are being realized and pro-actively providing suggestions for improvement
  • Ensuring continued recruitment of new FAMILY members according to the targets
  • Working on the development of campaigns directed at FAMILY members which support the commercial calendar and contribute to the stated objectives
  • Define, agree and deliver identified FAMILY sales and other key performance indicators (KPI) and goals for FAMILY
  • Work with Loyalty Program Manager to manage the FAMILY budget, by monitoring the campaign costs
  • Use a ROI way of working to be accountable for the campaigns

Job requirements

  • Degree Holder in Marketing, Communication or related disciplines
  • 5 Yrs+ relevant work experience in B2C database marketing or segment marketing
  • Solid experience of working with customer loyalty programs
  • A track record of Direct Marketing campaign management
  • Experience and affinity with data mining
  • Commercially minded and good communication skills
  • Track Project management experience
  • Ability to work on strategic, tactical and operational level
  • Integrity and the ability to establish relationships based on trust, open to feedback and possessing the desire to learn from each other
  • Deep interest in people’s everyday life at home and in home furnishing
  • Ability to communicate confidently and clearly in English (both written and spoken)
