The Job

  •  Lead the Administration Team under Property Department to provide quality administrative services
  • Perform full spectrum of administration supports including but not limited to vendor management, expense reimbursement, and team coordination
  • Maintain lease management system and accounting system for record keeping and payment arrangement
  • Provide administrative advices and maintain smooth daily operations
  • Participate in ad hoc assignments and projects as required
  • Generate routine reports for management reference and decision-making

 

The Person

  • Degree holder in Business Administration or other related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years relevant working experience with at least 2 years at managerial/supervisory level
  • Mature and self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • With experience of finance-related system application will be a definite advantage
  • Good command of English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office application
  • Cheerful character with proactive and can-do mindset
  • Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
