CRM Manager

What is the focus of the role?

The CRM Manager is responsible for working with the marketing team to execute the CRM strategy through the internal systems and via the CRM vendor (3rd party) from setup to post campaign evaluation. You will work in a fast-paced environment which is constantly changing and evolving as we introduce new offers, partners and campaigns. 

You will foster a strong relationship with the CRM provider & with internal stakeholders to deliver a clean and accurate execution of digital campaigns.

Key responsibilities:

  • Management of the 3rd party CRM vendor to execute campaigns to support the program & offers to the members
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to budget
  • Accuracy of content for campaigns & offers
  • Testing of campaigns and offers
  • Tracking of campaigns & offers
  • Pre / post campaign analysis
  • Review and assess working processes to shorten lead times, improve fluidity and execution
  • Support the wider team in the execution of all eCRM and digital campaigns
  • Ensure campaign creative and copy is received on time and campaigns are deployed accurately and in line with strategy
  • Responsible for leading and managing the end to end testing of campaigns and offers
  • Ensure that all campaigns are briefed to relevant stakeholders within defined timelines and that all teams are aware of each campaign
  • Deliver pre and post campaign analysis – ideally with experience of A/B testing and multivariate experiments
  • Understand the impact of each email/digital campaign
  • Ensure all email and digital campaigns are properly tagged
  • Manage eCRM campaigns for key calendar events

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an eCRM / digital marketing campaign role with relevant industry experience
  • Knowledge of campaign management toolsets – experience with leading Marketing Automation tools beneficial
  • Good communication and people management skills
  • Creative skills and a knowledge of HTML useful but not essential
  • Must be able to prioritise workload
  • Able to plan and manage multiple projects
  • English and Cantonese fluency (verbal and written)
