Account Analyst

The role of the Client Services function is to build and manage relationships with brands participating in the programme and ensure delivery of the agreed value proposition and benefits to the partners.

The Account Analyst position is a part of the Client Services organization. This position is responsible for seamless programme delivery and execution of agreed plans and initiatives at key partner/s.

The role requires engagement with stakeholders in the partner organization to realize the agreed objectives from the programme. This extends from on-boarding of partners into the programme, operationalizing customer acquisition and other processes and subsequent execution of marketing programmes and other initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

  • Relationship management with relevant stakeholders in partner organization
  • Support Head of Client Services to develop marketing and engagement plans with the partner for the programme
  • Ensure successful execution of agreed plans with appropriate measurement and reporting mechanisms put in place
  • Ongoing Programme benefits communication at partner
  • Develop materials and execute on training and other support at partner to ensure seamless execution
  • Ensure smooth execution of all backend processes for customer enrolment, benefits crediting, partner billing, financial reconciliation etc.
  • Timely resolution of issues/ minimize escalations
  • Identify and realise opportunities to improve programme performance


  • University degree
  • 3+ years experience in client management roles in a marketing related function
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in campaign planning, execution and measurement or
  • Retail experience is ideal, loyalty experience preferred but not essential
