Senior Website Analyst

The Job

  • Design, build and maintain state-of-the art reports to empower the business team to make optimal business decisions
  • Monitor, measure, and analyze the performance metrics of websites, ecommerce, online marketing activities across paid, owned and earned media channels, and provide insights and interpretations of such performance data
  • Set-up and optimization of analytics tools and dashboards, also utilise internal reporting systems
  • Measure success of UX tests and digital marketing campaigns, providing traffic and onsite search insights to web merch team and user engagement stats to content manager
  • Work closely with business divisions and IT to manage digital platform developments
  • Constantly strive for new/innovated ideas and solutions for the business and marketing campaigns

The Person

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Data Science, MIS, Applied Mathematics, Economics or other related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years' hands-on digital analytics experience
  • Highly skilled at distilling insights from data and equipped with expert-level experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Test & Target, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Firebase and Tableau
  • Fundamental understanding of e-commerce/e-market places and are capable of driving projects to add value to the company
  • Good understanding from both technical and business perspective, including user behavior, customer segmentation, or any predictive financial analytics
  • Strong communication skills with fluency in English and Cantonese
  • Process oriented and problem-solving attitude as well as strong organization skills and hands-on mentality
  • Desire to work in a vibrant and fast-paced environment with high quality standards and tight deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
