見習經理 Store Manager Trainee

Through our 6 months Store Manager Trainee Programme, trainees will be able to develop their leadership skills and retail operation knowledge through comprehensive on-the-job training, classroom training and coaching by Store Manager and Area Manager. After successfully completing the programme, you will be promoted to Assistant Store Manager.

The Job

Handle daily store operations and provide good customer services
Assist Store Manager in daily store operations, including cost control, stock management and people management

The Person

Form 6 / DSE level or above
Fresh Graduates with no working experiences are welcome
Passion for retail, Good interpersonal skills with strong customer service mindset
Good spoken of Cantonese, English and Mandarin, able to read Chinese and English
