  • You have obtained a university degree with minimum 8 years of recruitment and HR-related working experience
  • You have the competence and experience in leading recruitment processes in a retail/service industry
  • You have experience in building and sustaining talent sourcing strategies
  • You have experience in organizing and managing co-worker relations
  • You have working experience in an MNC company, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • You are familiar with labour laws and market practices in recruitment
  • You have a proven ability to communicate with, coach, and influence key stakeholders, with confidence and credibility
  • You have a proven ability to implement strategic plans as well as extract it into tactics and action plans
  • You have the ability to gather and analyze facts and statistics and to develop comprehensible reports, materials, conclusions and facts for decisions
  • You are attentive to details and highly organized
  • You have a high level of integrity
  • You have the mindset to challenge the status quo and look for better ways of working
  • You are a good observer and listener with good problem-solving skills
  • You are proficient in both written and oral English
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Resourcing Leader (Senior Officer Level)

 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

  • Lead the work to ensure IKEA is seen as unique, meaningful and trusted employer in the country, through employer branding
  • Develop and monitor the company's recruitment, employment, internal mobility process; and be responsible for implementation and administration
  • Secure recruitment and on boarding actions are aligned with our business direction and processes, both globally and locally (e.g. Country direction, Business Plans, Territory Penetrating plan and Commercial review)
  • Contribute to competence development in the area of recruitment for the country, ensuring an aligned approach in IKEA e.g. Facilitating Value Based Recruitment workshop
  • Lead the recruitment process through various channels to support our employer branding, in order to create an outstanding candidate experience from initial candidate contact to job offer -efficient, align with our values and ensure IKEA is seen as the employer of choice
  • Develop, lead and facilitate recruitment and onboarding activities on organizational and service office level
  • Coach, influence and support business partners and stores and central fulfilment unit regarding -the IKEA Talent Approach, recruitment and co-worker relations in terms of strategies, process and tools, in order to ensure high quality of recruitment process and onboarding arrangement
  • Analyses data, follow up performance on recruitment strategies and actions for process improvements in the resourcing function. We also partner with other teams in the North Asia IKEA organization, Dairy Farm HR Team, stores and central fulfilment unit to gather and share good examples and proven solutions
