  • You have 5 years or above experience related to digital marketing and performance tracking
  • You are a strong track record of driving performance optimization
  • You have experience in digital platform management and operation
  • You have experience in creating and implementing strategic plans, setting KPI/budgets, following up on goals and evaluation
  • You have knowledge of digital marketing tools, customer data analytics, and cross-platform performance optimization
  • You can communicate fluently, confidently, and clearly in English
  • You are proactive, motivated, and with strong ownership to deliver results, and work as part of a team as well as independently
  • You have experience in digital marketing in retail, FMCG, or home furnishing industry
  • You have work experience in customer-centric businesses
  • You have proven experience in working digital marketing or performance optimization for MNC

 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

  • Lead and manage IKEA Taiwan, HK, and Macau official website/App platforms to ensure satisfying user experiences, providing home furnishing inspiration, solutions, products and offers according to individual customer needs
  • Responsible for defining and establishing Marketing Performance Framework (including KPIs and measurements)
  • Work with Web and Marketing Performance Manager to build the overall performance tracking and analysis of paid, owned, and earned media effectiveness and efficiency, to identify communication journey optimization opportunities
  • Plan and execute cross-platform communication effectiveness tracking which integrates customer online and offline footprints and enables more personalized communication with relevance
  • Provide optimization insights and recommendations to other stakeholders and lead the segmented communication journey process establishment and operation, to ensure continuous optimization of communication performance and ROI improvement
  • Co-develop and manage IKEA Taiwan, HK, and Macau official website/App platforms with the E-commerce team to ensure optimization of customer in-site experiences, which leads to better add-to-cart and conversion
  • Support development and paid search optimization strategy and execution to enable effective leads to IKEA website, Apps, and other e-platforms

 

TOGETHER AS A TEAM

Manage IKEA official web platform to ensure satisfying user and shopping experiences, providing home furnishing inspiration, solutions, and product information that fits individual customer needs. Establish a Marketing Performance tracking and evaluation framework, defining the KPIs & measurement, optimizing the communication journey effectiveness and ROI, and influencing the marketing and business partners to act on recommendations. Establish an efficient model of setting, tracking, and optimizing cross-platform customer journeys to increase marketing ROI.
