    Job Description

    yuu Rewards is Hong Kong’s newest, biggest and best rewards club. Launched in July 2020, it has rapidly grown to a membership covering over 50% of the addressable population in Hong Kong. And we continue to grow! The yuu Rewards team is highly energetic and motivated to do the best for our members and partners and we’re always looking out for likeminded individuals to join us on our exciting growth journey.

    The role of the Business Development function is to build new partnerships for yuu Reward, as we further grow the programme. The key deliverables of this position are to identify and pitch potential new partners, understand partners’ strategic business and marketing objectives, and ensure they are aligned with and can fit into the programme. This position requires much engagement with internal and external stakeholders to realize the agreed objectives and success with key partners, and ensure seamless integration of the partners into the programme, including operationalizing the customer journey and subsequent execution of marketing programmes and other partner related initiatives.

    Key responsibilities:

    Support:

    • Support Senior Partnerships Development Manager in developing business development plans and identifying & pitching new partners
    • Work closely with internal teams to design customer journey, and facilitate the onboarding process of all new partners from pitch, implementation to launch
    • Conduct market research to help identify potential partners that fit into the programme

    Client management:

    • Build and manage relationships with partners in various perspectives to drive partner-based initiatives (including both operational and technical support)
    • Act as project management role to ensure full and smooth integration of partners into the programme

    Marketing & CRM coordination:

    • Day to day administration of joint marketing and engagement plans with the partners to deliver towards the agreed roadmap
    • Support / facilitate the execution of marketing and CRM initiatives

    Insights:

    • Identify and align parameters of success with new partners and keep track of results with appropriate measurement and reporting mechanisms in place
    • Work with analytics teams to understand trends in partner data
    • Support delivery of insights and execution of plans arising from insights in key business areas
    • Assist Senior Partnerships Development Manager to identify and realize opportunities to improve partner performance in the programme

    Requirements:

    • University degree
    • 3+ years experience in client management roles in a marketing related function
    • Strong commercial, communication and interpersonal skills
    • A strong team player, proactive, self-motivated and well organized
    • Loyalty experience preferred but not essential
    • Good PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills
    • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
