The Commercial Team at DFIAs a key function of our retail business, the commercial team plays a pivotal role in managing all aspects of the performance of assigned product categories. This involves everything from strategizing buying and pricing strategies to meet market needs to increase sales performance, suppliers relationship management to achieve the best buying terms, monitoring product performance as well as planning effective product layout to meet changing needs of customers.
About the Commercial Graduate Trainee Programme The 24-month Commercial Graduate Programme is designed to develop graduated talent to be our future commercial leaders. You will undergo various job rotations and be challenged to take on specific commercial responsibilities and projects and make real business impact in a fast-paced retail environment!

Strong support from our internal network
Graduates with bachelor's degree in any field of study with less than 2 years of full-time working experience
Internship or part-time job experience(s) with exposure to retail, B2C or any service-oriented industries is preferable
Demonstrate learning agility, with can-do mindset
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Eligible to work in Hong Kong
