  • You have experience in being a valuable contributor to Administration activities
  • You have experience of working in the Administration field
  • You are able to prioritize and organize own work in line with agreed Administration priorities

  • Ensure all co-workers are supplied with the appropriate tools and equipment to deliver their job roles
  • Source, purchase and record all company hardware and inventory control, e.g. stationery, uniform, sundries items
  • Facilitate the smooth running of the offices, optimize the office space, ensure the health and safety of the personnel especially in pantry and meeting room though regular check, complaint resolution etc.
  • Perform all administrative systems are accurate, efficient and compliant with local audit procedures and all filing systems are up to date and accurate
  • Arrange repair and maintenance of office equipment (i.e. copier and distilled water etc.)
  • Assist in staff recreational activities arrangement such as Happy Friday, Leisure activities etc.
  • Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to courier mails handling, greeting visitors and other administrative supports
  • Assist in other administrative duties and ad-hoc projects



To coordinate administrative services including maintaining administrative records, managing documents and updating internal database to central fulfilment unit and external store warehouse in an efficient and effective way. To act as the first point of contact for admin queries from employees and external partners & ensure our Admin department supports our employees while conforming to company policy
