WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

• Inspire and enable people to live a more sustainable life at home through integral involvement in related projects and activities, to create a movement in society around better everyday living Inspiring and enabling people to live healthier, more sustainable lives. Promoting circular and sustainable consumption.
• Actively engage and enable our talented and passionate co-workers to be empowered to take an active role as change makers in the local communities, by hosting the co-worker engagement activities, conducting trainings and so forth.
• Collaborate and align with applicable country function internally, as well as external stakeholders to integrate sustainability across all country functions in delivering their sustainability contribution to the agreed frameworks and strategy
• Enable and follow-up sustainability performance and progress based on the country business plans, I-Conduct requirements and Sustainability Commercial Review
• Facilitate the integration and implementation of sustainability by supporting the country functions with the right information, best practice solution, tools & methods and ways of working. Provide support in delivering co-worker sustainability training and secure the understanding of roles and contributions to the sustainability agenda in each function. Provide support in identifying talent and succession planning.
• Proactively identify challenges and opportunities and/or supporting units to overcome challenges and optimise opportunities, formulate action plans accordingly
• Documenting and evaluating initiatives and activities with a view to capitalise on learning, sharing and promote continuous improvement.
• Working with marketing team, keep relevant external stakeholders informed about our work towards becoming People & Planet Positive, and partner with relevant organisations to help fulfil sustainability goals.
• Explore and implement new solution to enable customers’ sustainable consumption. (i.e. IKEA second hand shop)
