The Partnerships Manager – Financial Services reports to the Head of Co-brand and works closely with FS partners (including Banks and Virtual Bank) to identify and realise opportunities to develop the programme, define joint objectives to build engagement and ensure that programme data, insights and channels are used appropriately to support partner objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage partnership with relevant stakeholders of our key FS partners
• Develop joint marketing and engagement plans with the partner to deliver towards the agreed roadmap
• Support the Head of Cobrand, Financial Services to plan customer initiatives based on data insights and alignment with FS partners
• Ensure successful execution of agreed plans with appropriate measurement and reporting mechanisms put in place
• Define success criteria and performance targets across agreed plans on an ongoing basis
• Continuously identify opportunities and initiatives to deepen the partners commitment to the programme and improve business performance
• Timely resolution of issues and minimize escalations

Job Requirements

• University degree
• At least 5+ years’ experience in client management roles in a marketing related function
• Strong commercial and communication skills
• Experience in campaign planning, development, and measurement
• FS experience is highly preferred, particularly in card payments; loyalty experience preferred
