The Job

We are looking for an E-Commerce Marketing Officer who will be a core member within the yuu e-commerce team to drive the awareness, acquisition, and engagement of customers on the app, and ensure that the KPIs of traffic, sales and performance are met and exceeded. This person reports to the Performance Marketing Manager.

• Drive traffic, customer acquisition, and engagement of the yuu e-commerce platform
• Report and ensure the KPIs of traffic, engagement and transaction are achieved
• Passionate about content creation (bilingual copies and visuals) for both above the line (social media, external digital media, print, etc) and below the line (in app) communications to drive traffic and engagement effectively to our e-commerce platforms
• With strong sense of data to drive data driven decisions to optimize marketing performance based on insights
• Understand the local grocery market, familiar with local competitor landscape, and is well versed in the digital e-commerce market in HK

The Person

• Good knowledge and experience of marketing landscape and fundamentals in the local HK market. Ideally should come from a background of working in marketing in retail, FMCG or consumer brands in Hong Kong and has strong experience in managing marketing content, driving campaigns and ROI
• Understanding of what content converts audiences into shoppers
• Familiarity with HK local retail market and competitor pulse
• Results oriented to always get the possible topline results
• E-commerce experience is not a must, though ideal, but should have a passion and strong interest in the e-commerce field
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, agile, collaborative, and competitive team environment
• Comfortable working cross cultures (local HK, mainland Chinese, MNC’s in HK).
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills is performance driven, and is well organized, hands on and details oriented
• Professional University degree with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience in marketing in HK, ideally in MNC
