We are seeking a Transformation Project Executive to assist the manager to manage the execution of our digital retail spine and O2O projects based in Hong Kong including Macau, Singapore, Malaysia, Brunei, Cambodia, Vietnam, and Indonesia. We are in the early stages of a 5-year program to deliver new retail technologies in every one of our 10,000+ stores, distribution centres and offices across Asia to enable real time O2O e-commerce with our customers. We have multiple countries to be migrated where we need consistent processes and technologies across all the markets, we operate in. This role will be often managing concurrent tasks, resources, third parties and timelines.

JOB PURPOSE

• As Project Executive your primary focus will be supporting the Transformation Team on the planning and coordination for various project operation deliverables
• You will work with the work-stream representatives & leads (e.g., IT, Store Operation, HR, L&D, Commercial) to drive project deliverables on time, within budget and up to the quality. Good communication skills and attention to detail is a must in this role
• In addition to project management, this role will also support Transformation Project Manager to conduct Incident Management and Change Management Process. You will need to have a highly organised approach to your work with a positive attitude and drive a seamless and error free operational execution

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide administrative support on operational deliverables for various transformation projects, working closely with internal, cross functional teams to plan timelines and operation deliverables
• Support Transformation Project Manager on Incident Management to ensure all incident causes are identified and documented; track the status and facilitate approved solution implementation
• Assist Transformation Project Manager to monitor Change Management Process from initiation through to closure; to ensure smooth transition in services and operation
• Updating documentation such as the Ways of Working (SOPs) and Work instructions on operational workflows
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Meet with business users to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements
• Report and escalate to management as needed

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/ QUALIFICATIONS

• A well-organised, process orientated, and positive approach combined with innovative thinking and a passion for problem solving
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team and independently
• Seek accuracy with a strong attention to detail
• Able to operate under pressure when issues may escalate or timelines demand
• University (or college) graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant discipline
• Ability to work within a structured environment with dependent timelines and SLAs
• Computer literate – excellent presentation skills; knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Traditional Chinese and excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Experience in project management is a plus
