Leadership Development

• Contribute to the design and rollout of the DFI Leadership Principle and Framework
• Build and implement the Leadership Development Programme to rollout across the organisation
• Actively engages, coaches and educates leaders and the HR community in leadership development including assessments, design and developing leadership forums, coaching, mentoring and other interventions
• Leverages organisational data analytics to drive leadership awareness and cultural change

Organisation and Talent Capability

• Manage the design, development and delivery of Capability Programmes across the organisation
• Organise and lead stakeholder interviews to determine the organisational needs to support the Capability Programmes
• Design, rollout and administer Capability Assessments to identify and provide analysis towards the organisation capability gaps
• Create career development framework and pathways across various talent populations

Do you have experience in Talent Development?

• 5+ years of relevant working experience with significant exposure to leadership and talent development
• Candidates with a background in the consumer sector or talent services/consulting related industries are preferred
• Familiar with Design Thinking and have experience in Talent Experience design
• Ability to lead consultations with senior stakeholders
• Extensive presentation and facilitation skills
• Experience in data analytics and insights
• Fluency in English with an addition of one or more Asian language skills (e.g. Mandarin/Cantonese/Vietnamese/Malay/Bahasa) will be preferred
