Senior Digital Operations Executive

The People:

The key responsibilities of the Senior Digital Ops Executive are as follows:

  • Delivery of display, programmatic and performance media campaigns on time and on budget
  • Accuracy of content and quality across the platform
  • Reporting and tracking of performance
  • Collaborate across departments including insights and marketing
  • Pre / post campaign analysis

Specifically, the Senior Digital Ops Executive carries out all aspects of performance marketing and programmatic and works to:

  • Assist marketing in the execution of performance marketing across our ad-tech stack
  • Ensure creative and copy is received on time and campaigns are deployed in line with strategy
  • Responsible for leading and managing the end to end setup, testing, tracking and monitoring of performance, including tuning and adjustment where required
  • Assist marketing and insights to tune the performance of campaigns and utilising techniques such as A/B testing, dynamic content and ad suppression
  • Understand the impact of each campaign to provide future learnings / recommendations
  • Extend audience reach through 1st party and 3rd party data
  • Assist the wider team with ad hoc tasks as and when required


The People:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a performance marketing / programmatic role with relevant industry experience from publisher, agency, ad-tech vendor
  • Experience of managing publisher side programmatic platforms including SSPs, ad exchanges, and DMPs would be desirable
  • Knowledge of ad tech stack – experience with Salesforce toolsets, Google Ad Manager, Google Analytics and Facebook
  • Experience with cross-platform activations such as social media and eDM
  • Good communication and people management skills
  • Proficient in spoken and written English.  Ideally will also have spoken and written Mandarin.
  • Must be able to prioritise workload and able to plan and manage multiple projects
